In Leeds, a city known for its strong, vibrant culture, I transformed the historic Tetley’s building into a workspace that celebrated its rich history. By incorporating nostalgic design elements that reflected the pride and individuality of the staff, the environment became a true reflection of Leeds’ unique spirit and heritage.
The aim is to design an environment that truly reflects the brand, with each area offering a unique "wow factor." As you turn a corner or step into a new room, the space evokes a different emotion, sparking creativity and inspiration for the team. I feel it isn’t just about creating a workspace—it is about crafting a place where employees feel energised, proud, and connected. Knowing it would also be a hub for socialising after work, the space needed to be inviting, fostering both collaboration and a sense of belonging.
